resetting password |

Hello UKCTRA admin peoples,
I recently underwent a penalty that I believe was unwarranted, and went on for far too long. That aside, not being a frequent CTRA visitor, I didn't even know I had a password for the CTRA site and since I had been banned (most likely, unjustly) I was unable to access the site or servers to defend myself. Not to mention find information about the (perhaps bogus) infraction. For info on this incident see my post in the CTRA forum named: Removed racers from start grid, WHAT?
My suggestion:
1. Provide a way to reset passwords on the CTRA, or the UKCT website.
2. Don't give me or others who may be unaware admin privileges on your servers.
I had no idea I could remove players from the race. Why should anyone, except admin, have the ability to remove racers from a race, with out a vote?
Thanks for your time. |

We would much prefer not to allow people to remove others from the grid, however this is not optional for us. It is a shortfall in the LFS software.. something we have no control over. _________________ http://www.hopkinson.net |
